 LENGTHS AND SIZING:

Eternal Craft strands are created aesthetically first, by look and feel and comfort of the patterns, we do not standardize our creations with the exception of the Crystal Wrists category, and by commission or special request. Some of our strands are extravagantly long, and can be wrapped more than twice round one’s throat. When considering the length or size of your strand, please take a look at these charts as a guide.

REFUNDS/REPAIRS

Please send us a message via email if you hate your strand and we will discuss returns. Should your strand pull apart or suprisingly snap on day, please contact us. We will work with you to replace or redesign your strand at no additional cost. (Except perhaps shipping remnants of a broken strand back for repair.)
